The only information the manual has is to remove & re-insert the fax board, and if that doesn't work, to replace the fax board. I would leave the fax board out of the machine if re-insertion doesn't fix the problem, so at least the customer has the other features available until the fax board is available. I guess it goes without saying to do all this board re-seating with the machine unplugged.Kevin900 -
