c351 wont rotate print in duplex

Iv been working with a bizhub c351 and have tried duplex printing in Win 7 and XP. We have all the Latest drivers VPS and VXL(pcl) on our computers. Only in Landscape when the machine duplexes the back side does not rotate right side up its upside down. I tried every setting from rotate 180 to changing paper direction. Only in landscape does it do this, is there a fix or setting we are missing, any help really apprecieated. thanks

check the binding direction in the driver and change from book to legal pad.
