    Bizhub C252 Scanning issue

    Hi Everyone,

    Having this weird issue with scanning. The machine will separate all pages when scanning. In other words, if one sets 10 pages on the doc-feeder it will send 10 individual files to the shared folder. I have checked the setting "separate scan" on the scan settings and no change.

      Make sure that the HDD is set on, Then in your scan settings you should have the choice for single page pdf or multi page.

          Maybe your default file type is not set to PDF or tiff all other file types do not support multi page files.

              I have to agree with BIG PAPA on this one. it is a trip for young players. when the HDD is either swapped (faulty) or installed from new, it may not be "installed" and the copier can only scan and send one page at a time.

              in the tech rep mode, system 2, HDD "installed. there may be a requirement to perform a logical (not physical) format etc.

              reboot and you should see a noticeable change.
