We are trying to integrate our RightFax Server with our Konica Bizhub C-250.
I am running into an error and can not get the display to show the rightfax solution.
I have used the RightFax Install Utility from Konica and in combination with PageScope have tried to get this to work. The Konica Technician's that have tried to help us with this have no idea of how to help since the have never done a fax server integration with a Konica MFP.
If no one here has an answer can you at least recommend someone in the US that might?
