    [Jamming] DF-604 /750) - J6204 and J6205

I'm going crazy with this one. Machine jams intermitently when duplexing through the RADF, throwing J6204 and J6205 codes.

I've done far too many things to type them here, but please, give me some suggestions from someone who already had this one.

    Cheers!

Check the gate solenoid (SD2) springs. Maybe it's broken.

gate solenoid padding is worn out. what i do is either put some small strips of electrical tape on the pad. it works fine after that.

Thanks. I'll order that solenoid along with some other gears for good measure. I'll let you know of the outcome.

        Thanks!

On a second look, I'm failing to understand what you refer by the padding - is there a part number for that?

I had one that would jam once in a while, but the customer was a bitch. I changed all the common stuff, and then tech support had me change the spring clutch for the main feed. It was a bitch to do, but they have not called back.
