having issues with registration on a new install. the machine has less than 50,000 copies. the customer has had one service call, for marks on the drum. the drum was replaced due to adhesive from labels being scattered on the drum. the registration is off by more than 3 mm lead to trail on 11 x 17, from all paper trays. tried mechanical adjustment of the registration section. the skew corrections has been tried in all settings from off to 1mm. any ideas? tech support tells me that the machine should not being doing this... it is!!!

I'd first suspect that one of the labels is fouling the registration roller, possibly caught on a cleaning brush and dragging it. (or elsewhere in the paper/duplex/exit path)
