I have a km 1200 connected to a micro press. When you send a job to the machine and it jams or you stop the job for whatever reason, after 15 minutes the machine automatically deletes the job from the machine or the HDD. I don't know if this is a machine issue or a micropress issue. The job is still in the que of the micro press as an error. I checked the sm of the machine to see if their is any dipsw's to change anything but I couldn't find any. Any help would be appreciated.

It's been a few years since I had a KM/Micropress combo, current Micropress controls a room full of Ricohs. What I've found is that the Micropress takes control of any print controller attached to the machine and renders them as temporary storage/processing devices.
The Micropress should indicate how many copies are needed (post jam) and, when you resend/resume from the Mpress, it picks back up where it left off. At least that's how my setup works.
