    Bizhub 423 Series with Pastel Duplex

    Hi we are having an issue on the B423 series where they refuse to print duplex from Pastel.
    From any other software the machine duplexes fine.
    We have tried both the driver supplied and the Universal driver.
    Firmware has been upgraded on machine.
    Any assistence would be appreciated.

      What version of PASTEL do they have, and what exactly are they trying to duplex? Except for reports you probably can not duplex anything else. Although I am not familiar with this accounting program, most accounting programs require the report to be set up in the software not the driver. If the version you have is the Express Version according to the Sage web site it does not include the Report Writer.

          The customer is running version 10.6 and we have replicated the fault at our office and we have version 11.
          The customer had a Bizhub 250 before and was duplexing fine from Pastel. We have even tried using the 250 driver to print to the B223 in duplex but no joy.
