i have a bizhub 600 thats has lock me out i am unable to get into service mode let alone select anything on the ops panel if this happen to anyone and they have solution please let me know thanks

Remove the left cover. You will see a metal cover with a hole and a connector in the hole. remove the connector then remove the metal cover. Unplug the connectors and loosen the screw in the middle bottom the the printhead. Slideout the printhead. To install reverse procedure.
Be sure to turn off and unplug the machine before starting this procedure.
