[Error Code] Bizhub C451, 1105 error code

It does not happen to me, but the machine pops up with a 1105 error code.. cleaned all the rollers & sensors in finisher to no avail, any suggestions??

C1105 error code. The exit motor will run for a few seconds.

CAUSE: Broken coupler gear at the top of the rear saddle stitch unit.
SOLUTION: Replace the coupler gear (# 129u 770 41).
