Hey everybody. Got a BH 750 with a C-4707 laser code. Won't let me get into srvs mode. After utility to get into it, it doesn't show anything on the right side if screen. No network. No admin, nothing. Left side shows detail & exit. I touch detail the "print" soft key doesn't appear. "Stop-00-Stop-01" does nothing. "Trouble Clear", reboots back into "4707". Tried putting in Image, print & main boards from a working "600". Got same code. Reset. On "print board" & Hold utility on. Same. Any advice.

C-4707 at power up.
CAUSE: Problem with the write unit.
SOLUTION: Please reseat all connectors on all boards including the write unit. Replace the write unit if needed (# 57AA-6500). -
First thing I did was to reseat all connectors on all boards then put in all different boards in. I can't seem to get to the laser unit. How do I get to it ?Comment
