    T81 on second fax

Working on a bizhub c280. Installed a fax kit and tested ok. Installed a second fax and getting T81 error code. I switched the boards and the same result. Followed the install guide. Did i miss any special settings for the second fax? Any info would be great.

I believe that there is a jumper that needs to be changed and then enter service mode and set the second fax line.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

i am now experiencing a new problem, the fax is getting cut off. When sending it it will send like 1 or 2 pages. The line will cut off and wait for a redial. Then it will send the rest. This is a new fax board in the unit. Any suggestions.

yes it did. both initialized properly. When i try to transmit from the second fax it gives the t82 error. also the switches are in proper position, the first one is switch 1 and second one switch 2.
