There are no majic voip switches on the machines. The basic idea is to set the baud rate down to 14.4 turn off V34 if that still doesn't do it go to 9600 The signal on a voip sounds good to us, but is very muddy when it comes to computers & faxes. Slowing it down to give the copier a chance is the only option, well besides just putting it on an analog line.
We tried on many different KM models with no success. 1 or 2 of my customers reckon they had some success, but like above, your best bet is drop the baud rate down. Otherwise, a stand-alone line is required. VOIP faxing is not supported by any KM model as yet. Some VOIP companies offer FOIP but once again, it is far from an exact science
