C353 - The image transfer belt need to be replaced soon

Good day for all
we have KM BHC353 showing this message The transfer belt need to be replaced soon and its stopped we cant use it , we change the ITB unit with 2 new units but still the same message appears .
Can any one advice what we can do to solve this issue?

Check all the contact points in the machine. unless you are getting them with a blown fuse. are you sure these are absolutely brand new units.

yes it was brand new units with not blwon fuse and i checked all conectors in the main board & contact point all ok .

Check your icp's on the control board if the one is blown that blows the fuse it might not. Blow the fuse on the fuser also. Check those out if one has no continuity pop it off and put some solder on it or you can replace the board

Do you also get the ocasional gray background on some copies/prints? If so, then you've got a blown fuse - check this thread here.
