    C350 black screen

Hello, I have machine with black screen on LCD, it shows after firmware upgrade ;/ Did anyone help me fix it? I heard that there in nothing to do more (just change MFP main board) but i think maybe NVRAM reload can fix it? Did anyone knows how to change NVRAM files?

Stupid question: Did anyone check the contrast dial on the operation panel?

Sorry, but sometimes the most simple solutions elude us.

Did you try to flash it again? If it didn't work, then I'm afraid you'll indeed need to start swapping boards.

But it accepts the firmware when you try to upgrade and downgrade it?

Then there's nothing else to do than to start swapping boards - seems like your colleague was right.

I have experienced this on several different Konica color machines. Does the machine cycle when you turn it on? It will more than likely be the MFB board (this is the board that the update card plugs into). I have tried NVRAM recovery but when the screen is dead it does not work.
