hello every technician ..l have bizhub 163 and it have code M2 pls can anyone help me to initialized this code ?

Enter diagnostic and reset SUPPLIES LIFE COUNT. It's under CLEAR DATA.

friend bojans l know it is code counter ..because if this bizhub copy 60 000 paper this code appeared . for raison l not have her service manual l need how can l enter in her service mode and where is the step l following there ..pls help me ?

Press the Utility key.
Press the following keys in this order.
Stop → 0 → 0 → Stop → 0 → 1
The Service Mode menu screen will appear.

Select the desired item using [ ▲ / ▼ / / ] key, in your case select CLEAR DATA, then OK
select SUPPLIES LIFE COUNT. then OK
exit
