faxes cutting off

I have a c280 bizhub, it has a fax kit in it FK-502. When they send out faxes it has no issues, when they recieve faxes they get cut off, i have a fax in my office and the unit is next door. Sent over a fax 2 days ago and they recieved 15 pages with no issue. I tried sending one the following day and the fax cut off after 2 pages. The fax in my office says waiting to redial, then it sends the rest of the job. Any suggestions.
