Bizhub 421 problem

Hi guys,
Sorry for bad english.
I have problem with bizhub 421 with optional FK-502 (Fax) & IC-207 (Print Controller). Trouble code C4401 (Laser Drive), CB003 (Fax) & CD282 shown. With replacing the Write Unit, the trouble is gone. But, problem still continue when I turn on the MFP. Konica Minolta logo screen appear and never change to Basic Copier Menu.
I change the CF card with another CF in bizhub 421. After changing the CF Card, the MFP started up normally, then I can use it for copying. But unfortunately I can not print a file using bizhub 421.
Anyone know the solution? Thank you for responding.

FK-502 firmware is below version 10.
...........install version 20 firmware on machine and wait 2 to 3 seconds after powering ON the Main switch before "Utility" is started.

1. Communication abnormality between the Overall Control Board (OACB) and the Scanner Drive Board (SDB). When the power switch (SW2) is turned ON, there is no response from the SDB.
Check the physical connections between the OACB and the SDB and flash the MFP with the latest version firmware. If the code reoccurs, the Scanner Drive Board (p/n 50GA -905 0), Overall Control Board p/n A0R5 H010 06 for bizhub 361/421/501) and/or PRCB (p/n 50GA -902 0E) may need to be replaced.

2. The paper cabinet (PC-202 or PC-402) wiring harness has pinched or exposed wiring causing ICP15 to open on the PRCB.
Check ICP15 and replace the PRCB (p/n 50GA -902 0E) and/or PC-202/PC-206/PC-402/PC-407 wiring harness (p/n 4348 6801 02) as needed.

Thank you albasoul06. I'm not using PC-202 or PC-402.

You may have to re-install firmware, each option has to communicate with the same firmware level.
