    Bizhub C350 Printer /Scanner Settings

    Trying to connect for printing. Went to the 'Administration Mode' and the buttons to control 'Network Settings" & 'Scan Settings: do not show up on the screen... Installed these before, can't figure it out. Any suggestions?

    -try go to sevice mode(utility,counter list,stop,0,0,stop,0,1)
    -enter your service #
    -press system input
    -press peripheral setting
    -press contoller 3
    -press end
    -exit service mode

    the network and scan setting button should be there by then

      Make sure that you know which type of controller you are using before changing service modes. If you have a Fiery installed on the C350, then you will notice the you plug the network cable into separate box attached to the back of the machine.

      If this is the case, then you must make sure that the Fiery is powered on and all settings for this can be found by pressing Utility - Controller Details.
      Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
