    Is there any calibration in the service mode please?

      There is no Bypass Paper Tray adjustment for paper size detection.

      If the tray is not recognizing paper sizes correctly:
      1.Ensure that the three holes in the Side Guide Pinion (gear) aligned properly. Two of the holes align with holes in the Side Guide Racks and the other aligns with a hole in the Mount Plate for the Side Guide Pinion (# 65AA42620).
      2. If the tray alignment is correct replace Size Detection VR (VR4) (# 56AA85601).
      3. If problem persists, replace the entire Bypass Unit (# A03UR75000).
