Got an issue with userboxes on c360. Customer has copier shared from windows 2000 server. Default output setting is set to userbox which works fine until they print something from Word 2007 and soon as they do this the document prints rather than saves and the driver is then set to print as default so everything printed after the the word doc is also printed and not saved. One PC has word 2010 which seems to work fine. Has anyone else has this prob and is there a fix?
