CE Password on BizHub 1050EP

OK,

I'm working through commissioning problems on a 1050 EP - basically trying to diagnose why my stacker won't work.

I've hooked up to the Web Utilities on the main body of this machine (not the controller) - using Google Chrome (thanx to those who helped me work round the IE problem).

But now I need to enter the CE username and password.

The service manual says the Username is always "ce" and can't be changed - that's good.

It also gives a default password, which doesn't work in my case.

Anyone know how to recover the lost password?

Or is there some odd way of entering it that I should know about?

Thanx in advance for any help that gets me a working stacker......

Also - is it usual to have two network connections running to this printer all of the time? One for the port on the main body and one to the controller?

OK - I figured this out I think.

Turns out that Logging in to the Maintainenance Extension doesn't always work. I had the correct password - it just works once out of every five or so attempts for some reason.
