    Bizhub C6500 Running out of memory

    I have a customer trying to print 2 power point slides onto one sheet of letter size paper front and back. That is one duplex sheet with a slide on each side. When they send the job to the copier asking for 500 copies, its starts to output the job and gradually runs out of memory until it comes to a stop. I have not been onsite to see this yet, I have been handed this problem from another tech. He seems to think that once the job has been received by the fiery, the fiery is then sending it to the machine 500 time. Has anyone else come across this any solutions would be appreciated. Thanks

          It's an IC-408, I found a post on the SSD regarding this issue. I forwarded it to the Tech working on this unit. I have not heard back from him but I believe it was solved.
