    KonicaMinolta 361 does not receive print jobs

    KonicaMinolta 361 does not receive print jobs; it prints received faxes, I can ping to it, and I can scan to email from it. I re-installed the print driver but the machine does not respond to the test page or to any job for that matter. Any ideas, please?

      Check your port properties-change from raw to LPR.
      2000 mockingbirds = 2 kilomockingbirds

          Do you have account track or authentication codes set up? Does it error on comp side or does it show in job history?

              Printed fine from my laptop - Network / Switch port issue.
