    [Misc] "FTP Download" utility

    Hello there!

I need to reflash the firmware of an IP422, but my laptop doesn't have a paralel port. I can do it via FTP, but I'm missing the FTP Download utility.

Anyone has it handy or can tell me where can I get it? I can't find it at KM website.

    Cheers!

Support & Drivers Search Results | Product: IP-422

Then click the utilities tab on right about half way down is the utility.

You do have an account with them right???
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

Yep, but not on that side of the ocean. And on my side the utility is nowhere to be seen.

Should I dare to ask you for it?

      Thanks!

If I remember correctly, the FTP Utility is only for upgrading the NIC the firmware can be done either via Parallel or CF card, and possibly via web browser.
Online Store is closed. Chip resetting is a thing of the past! Thank you to all my past customers.
Now into Ip TV KODI Boxes

FTP Download: Yes, but I don't have it
Paralel Port: My laptop doesn't have it.
CF Card: Just for upgrading the IP firmware, not the NIC
Web Browser: I doubt it, but anyway it is not accessible (IP has v5.9.0, the patch 5.9.1 supposedly fixes it, but can only be applied via paralel port - see point 2.

Try with a USB to Parallel port Dongle?
The wonderful thing about standards is that there are so many of them to choose from.
