Bizhub c200 colour registration completely out!!

I have a problem on the c200 ... the colour registration is out. Tried adjusting the colour registration manually in service mode but without any luck!!!
Please give me advice the client wants to kill me already!!!!

Are you getting registation error codes? Did you clean the sensors that look at the test patterns on the belt, and how old is the x-fer belt? Some techs will refuse them 2-3 times but at some point it must be replaced. Emujo

the machine only done 36000 black and 17000 color copies on it....sensor was cleaned?

When you print the internal test sheet ( colour chart with the bird!) are all the colours offset from the black? It may be the K laser!

I checked the demo page and it seems to me it is the magenta and yellow registration is out...???

Clean the two sensor beneath the transfer belt. Check the service manual to see how to do it.
