C450 account track issue

i have a c450 that has a public user account that the client wants gone but cant deleted. how can i delete this public user

In the newer MFPs C550 and onward, the public user allow/restrict is in the user authentication general settings. It can be turned on/off without clearing the user authentication information. I am not sure about the C450, but looking at the SM it seems to be functionaly the same. Emujo
