Hi, I was wondering if anyone was familiar with this error code C-4703 on the Konica C6500??

Thanks! I just unplugged the machine and so far it's working. Any idea how to get rid of the code for good? I'm sure it's going to come back.

Do you have a service contract? Are you an engineer? It is usually a sensors / transfer belt issue, but you should call a tech, just to be sure.

99.9% of the time, it's just a communications glitch. By powering off/on both the copier and rip will get rid of it.
