[Error Code] Bizhub 360 B&W Help

Hello i have a bizhub 360 and i have an error on the screen that says close section properly and the arrow points to tray 1. I dont know why this is and the machine will not operate. I had to do a service on the machine and clean the toner postion sensor etc. I did not touch the tray? Also i went in and tried to clear the trouble codes to see if that would work with no such luck. Also when the error comes up i cant access service mode i have to go into trouble mode then service mode. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Go into service mode and check your sensor operation. See if you have a door sensor mis-aligned or see if one popped loose.

Ok well i already had it apart to fix and I noticed that when you close tray 1 it hits a white sensor in the back and it's supposed to turn and lift up paper tray but it doesn't turn?

Check the sensors in service mode
if you don't know how to check in service mode then
find someone who knows how to service the machine

Are you sure there is no paper right behind tray one? I see stuff back there all the time.

Ok im not the technician for the machine im the in house IT guy. I took it upon my self to try to fix the machine. I know how to get into service mode but what code do i use to test the paper lift motor/4 (m125)? Basically when the tray is closed the motor doesnt turn when pressure is applied on the sensor.

Ok i ruled out it being the paper lift motor. I took the one out i thought was faulty and plugged into tray 2 and it works. So now my question is what is causing that motor not to get power?

its a sensor that cause u the trouble test each sensor to tray 2

Ok how about disabling the tray so i can use the machine?

try not closing the tray 1, pull it off then dont close it, turn off ur printer and turn it on while tray 1 is out/open.

Ok well i have tray 1 completely out. Its still giving me the message close section properly and pointing to tray 1
