Hello i have a bizhub 360 and i have an error on the screen that says close section properly and the arrow points to tray 1. I dont know why this is and the machine will not operate. I had to do a service on the machine and clean the toner postion sensor etc. I did not touch the tray? Also i went in and tried to clear the trouble codes to see if that would work with no such luck. Also when the error comes up i cant access service mode i have to go into trouble mode then service mode. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Go into service mode and check your sensor operation. See if you have a door sensor mis-aligned or see if one popped loose. -
Check the sensors in service mode
if you don't know how to check in service mode then
find someone who knows how to service the machineComment

Are you sure there is no paper right behind tray one? I see stuff back there all the time.Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder.They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Ok im not the technician for the machine im the in house IT guy. I took it upon my self to try to fix the machine. I know how to get into service mode but what code do i use to test the paper lift motor/4 (m125)? Basically when the tray is closed the motor doesnt turn when pressure is applied on the sensor.

try not closing the tray 1, pull it off then dont close it, turn off ur printer and turn it on while tray 1 is out/open.Comment
