Hi, this morning I came in to work and the controller on the copier is grayed out and I'm unable to print. Anyone have this issue before? Please help!!

Silly question, but is the print controller (Fiery or Creo) definately turned on?
The Fiery and Creo are separate controllers to the machine and have their own power supplies.Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends. -
Hi, yes the fiery is definitely on. I tried turning everything off and it's still doesn't work

What is the green display on the Fiery showing? If it is anything else but 00, it means that you have to reinstall the operating system. It may failed if you are shutting it down directly from the on/off switch without the software step first. Remember that the OS on Fiery is Windows XP Embedded, no need to tell you more...Comment
