    [Misc] Unknown tech mode password

I've got a new customer with a bh420 which had its tech mode password changed and I have no idea what it is. I've tried the usual ones and the variations I could think of without success.

Is there any way of removing/changing the tech rep password without resorting to reseting the nvram?

And if I need to do it, is there any way of getting my hands on a adjustment list so I can reintroduce everything back?

    Thanks.

I remember also that a internal tech from konicaminolta told me that is possible to swap the nvram between the 420s. Maybe using a "working" nvram you can print what you need..(not sure of where the settings are stored).
Do your customer use Mozilla Firefox? This browser has a way for store pw and is possible to see the list..if someone has registered the pw and you are very lucky you can find the missed pw...

i believe if you display the trouble reset screen and then do the stop 00 stop 01. it will take you directly to tech mode without the PW
Online Store is closed. Chip resetting is a thing of the past! Thank you to all my past customers.

Thank's a lot, Pepper! That was it indeed!

I'll give you some rep later on, since the forum won't let me do it right now!

                Cheers!
