Hello i keep putting in 8.5x11 paper into tray 2 of my bizhub 360 and it recognizes it as 8.5x13? If i change the orientation of the paper i get question marks? Any ideas? I tried going into service mode and then system 2 then to paper size but it is blank?

Silly question, but you did check for paper caught behind the tray? -
If no paper behind tray check the I belive 4 little metal fingers hanging in the back. They are probably bent. You can reform them.sigpicComment

Look at other tray. Hard to discribe. Depends if they are bent. Usually I have to bend them out towards the front of machine so they make better contact.sigpicComment

actually all i did was re-seat the connection to the levers and it worked.Comment
