bizhub c350 ripping question

just a question that a customer had. no problems at this point.
customer brings in a zip drive with an 8 meg file. when I rip it to the bizhub c350 it shows that it is a 79 meg file. and my customer just can't see it. does the mfp have to use it's own memory to expand while it rips? just a question that we would like to know the answer to. thanks

Is the C350 with a standard controller or Fiery? Where the client it is showing 79 Megs? What is the format of the file? Please be more specific.

c350 standard controller/ hdd added to the mfp. it is a pdf file that shows 79 megs on the print que when it is ripping. thanks for the help
