Hi i would like to ask for some help on the machine bizhub 350. I can't print because offline is being detected on the computer. i already uncheck the Use printer offline on the Printers and Faxes option. I tried to use different computers but still the same problem so i think the problem is on the machine. Is there something i need to adjust, set or program? Thank you very much.
