[Error Code] konica c350

have a c350 that the top tray says replenish paper.
I have replaced the upper sensor and tried taping the actuator in the up position with no result.
anyone got any other suggestions why the sensor is not registering paper only in top tray?

The sensor assembly has probably popped out of place. I've had to pull the print heads out just to get at it once. Might be easier than that but I have seen that happen on one of those boxes in years.

Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
