Bizhub 350's Tech rep Mode cannot be accessed

Hi guys
I can not entered the bizhub 350's tech rep mode. I press : Utility/Counter, Meter count, Check Detail and Stop-0-0-Stop-0-1. Then input the password : 00000000. But after input the password, the screen go back to Basic copy menu. Something wrong?
Anyone know the solution?

You need to touch "end" on the screen and not the start button after inputting the password.

Beyond that, you could try entering tech rep from the trouble reset screen.

Sounds like the password has been changed. 12345678, 92729272 are ones I would try
