Bizhub C351 Duplex Printing stops

I can print single-sided copies just fine, however, when I try and print double-sided documents, the Bizhub C351 will print the first side, but when it tries to pull the paper back through to print the 2nd side, it stops. I can hear the gears are TRYING to turn, but are making a grinding noise when they try and pull the paper back through the machine to print the 2nd side. Any suggestions?

Can think of 2 of the top of my head. One. Clutches. Two. Guide mylar at the bottom of the door flipped the wrong way not letting the paper back thru for second side.

Thanks Big Papa. I will check out the clutches and the guide mylar and see if those are the problems.
