[Error Code] c2803 on bizhub 601

The machine stops working.
After cleaning the sensors it works for a while making reduced horizontally copies.
After switching off on back again we have the same error (c2803).
I reset the errors from the service menu and we have the same problems.
Any ideas.
Help please.

Check the gears on the development unit. The gears strip, then the toner does not mix in with the developer and it throws off the sensor reading. It's usually the small gear w/ the bearing on it that goes bad.
