    I had the same problem, and I must tell you I did not manage to solve it. They seem to be to disadvantage

      Don't try to create grey from CMYK. Use only % of K and turn on "Pure Black" on the Fiery. I have my customers running this way and it produces much better results.
      Also make sure the Fiery was calibrated with a spectrometer.

        Tell your tech to drop the 2nd transfer roller pressure to low... this should help.. and mention to the tech to enable "thick paper mode"
