c353 no image

i have a c353 that comes to ready but showing p codes 5,6,7,8,21 there is no image on paper, all connection look fine , check hv etc any ideas

I would maybe try loading new firmware into the machine.

First guess would be trans belt. Would explain most p codes, not getting thru stabilization. Does the belt turn? If you stop job halfway is there and image on belt? Or drums for that matter?

I had same problem. Its PH unit. If u have had some kind of agitation, probably your lasers moved from their places.

why now new model always PH belt problem ? old model no hv this problem

well... older machines life time was much shorter, so new problems r some kind of compensation for longer lifetime
