we have finished installing a new c8000 and we printed test page on fiery it was ok except for red lines appearing half an inch to each other. did we miss something in the procedure?

Does this happen on copies too?
Go back through the setup procedures. Be sure to enter the date/time, telephone numbers, and serial numbers at the steps when asked. If you skip these steps, you will get the security lines printed on your pages. -
no problem in copy mode. we miss 1 thing, the date in service mode. thanks..Comment
