How about the image transfer belt and erase lamp? check them.Comment

It may be checked in following order - Transfer belt ( actually cleanning blade performance or bad 1st transfer roll of black inside belt unit), dirty Erase Lamp, Bad Black IU & bad quality toner ( may be original but stored in hot place). It looks like charge on the black drum is getting diacharged.
