    Konica CF3102 cyan reset what is the fastest way in NY?

    I bought some imaging reset chips from eBay...I think the seller made a mistake programming them because after installing them the machine say...install the correct imaging unit.

    I am on a time crunch...what is the fastest way I can get either a working cyan chip or complete imaging unit in Geneva NY? I don't mind paying next day shipping.

    P.s. please save me from my "boss"

      I have the same problem too, I would appreciate if anyone can help, I have a 8020 IU image dump for Cyan Iu if anyone interested it is rst format

          I solved my problem by buying a programmer. If you go thru very many this may be your best bet...otherwise buy chips off of eBay, or send it to someone to be reprogrammed.
