Scanning to SMB problem on C450

I was using this type of scanning for a long time. But two days ago this suddenly stops working and I try to reconfigured to get it work again. But without success what can I do?
I do it in this way :

and this was the way I do it the first time but this time I cant put it working. Any help on this?

We need the error message you are getting from the machine under job log > send > history

Server Connection Error, Login Error, etc.
