[Misc] Di750 toner spilling on the transfer assy

    Hi!

I have a problem with a Di750. It kept spilling toner on the transfer corona assy - so I decided to change the developing unit with a brand new one, containing brand new developer. The problem? Well... it keeps spilling toner.
So I want to ask you guys, could it be the "Bias of development" in the HV Adjustment wrong? Has anyone ever changed those values?

    Thanks!
I don't help end-users. Hate me, give me bad reputation, I don't give a rat's a**. Pay a tehnician to solve your problem! We have to live too! What do you do when something hurts? Do you go to a doctor, or do you search it on google/ forums?

    Check the charge erase lamps.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

check the post I just made for the 1050 doing the same thing Big box Konica's have this problem because they use a patch system instead of a toner density sensor in the developer unit so there are DSW's to help correct this problem
