We have two 920s in a business with FS 604 folding finishers attached. When the customer selects the double fold finishing option (fold in--Ltr-R paper) it works fine on one of the machines. The second machine hangs up every few sheets doing the same application with 72-26 always being the jam code. The knowledge base suggests cleaning the folding rollers and checking the spring on PS 25 (the folding exit sensor) All that is done. The same job runs great on the second machine 10 feet away. Half fold appears to work fine on either machine. just does it when there are two folds in the sheets. Any ideas?
