Biz hub pro c 500 finisher

Setting up a biz hub pro c 500 with a fx606 it is calling for the trash ben for the whole punch. But my main issue is that it is not giving me a staple option on the screen. Not sure if that is a related issue. Also i see three plugs on the copier side of the finiser and only two wires coming from the finisher. The one missing is the one on the bottom. I have checked to see if there are staples and there are. Don't really know this machine, and i have never set one up. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

If you mean who is not a staple function, first try a 'trouble reset'. If you do not see the finisher in the driver, I suggest you add it, or to obtain information on the Driver tab.

I seem to remember that there is a setting has to be made in tech mode...should be mentioned in the setup instructions.

check the isolation mode there is a softswitch turned on
