    C250 scans multi-page documents as multiple PDF's

OK so I have seen discussion on this before but there must be something I am missing. Have a customer who had me set up scanning on their C250. Hard Drive is turned on and Binary Division is set to OFF. If they scan say a 5 page document they get 5 PDF's instead of the 1 PDF they want. Any suggestions on what setting we need to change to get it to scan multiple pages into 1 PDF?
    Thanks in advance,
    Edwin

      yeah that.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Where is that setting? Don't remember seeing that.
Also I noticed while working on this today that there is no option for renaming the document before scanning. I always thought you could change the file name from the default KMBTC250xxxxxxxx to whatever you wanted but that "tab" is not listed where it is normally. Is this some sort of setting change as well?

go to internet explorer type in the IP address of the copier it should come up with the machine select the scan tab defaults are under there somewhere, it may be the admin defaults. As for the name if I remember right it is under the origional settings when you are setting up to scan your document.

Found it under the scan format tab on the copier. Then set it as the default and all is well.
              Thanks for the help.
