Imaging Unit

We were trading out our yellow imaging unit on the Konica 8020 for a new one -when we accidentlly tipped it, all this dirty yellow tonor came out of the new unit- almost looks like yellow mixed with black, is his normal and should it be there? We installed it and now we are getting these errors.

Then we got an error P-8, which is no longer showing and the new error showing is P-21

call a tech!!!!! - that is starter/developer that came out and it critical that the correct ammount is present to mix with the toner otherwise you will get codes and poor CQ

Unless you gather up all the CLEAN spilt powder that you dropped and replace in the Image unit, you will have to bite the bullet and purchase another one!! Did you not follow the enclosed instructions for the unit?
