    konica 7035

    Hi, I really need help. I have konica 7035 doesn't power up, when I turn on sw1 (main power switch) there is a green light on DATA on the control panel, when I press on sw2 (sub power switch) nothing happen. I have check the power supply unit, cbr1, cbr2 (circuit breaker), also th1, th2 (fixing temperature sensor). Since there no power on control panel there are no error code to read. Please help!!!

    Try reloading your firmware.....

      reload firmware

      reload firmware in the my manual refer to as ISW ( in-system Writer) but it instructed to enter the 25 mode, but nothing happen when I hold 2, 5 and press sw2.

        plug in using parallel cable for isw then load firmware. If the machine accepts the isw download you should be able to recover the machine.

          Set up ISW to send, turn on SW1, then SW2, when the data light comes on, send the FW. The data light should start blinking. Load control and image FW.

            7035 firmeware

            Thanks all for replies, now the only thing I need is main control and Image process control firmware files. I'm not a copy tech so I don't have loging for KM, would anyone be able to sent me those files? I would be very appriciate cause I live in an area that there are no tech service.
